Bought a gray XL Nuka beanie for my husband who has a hard time finding hats that fit him. At the same time, I ordered myself a similar model of one size fits all beanie. They are both the same size! Mine, the green one, is actually a bit larger (and nicer as I got the lambswool hat which came with thicker, softer lining. )
