We bought one of these for our 8 year old as it advertised for youth (ages 7-12) and we hoped she would be able to wear it for years. We also bought an adult Rufus Beanie - Navy / One Size for our 14 year old, which seems to fit him fine. The Youth BTV Ragg Beanie (this product) was not only huge on our 8 year old (see picture), but was even larger than the adult Rufus beanie, and loose even on my 5'10" big-headed husband! It seems well enough made but just terribly sized. Something isn't right here!
We don't like to return things because it just doesn't seem efficient and not good for environment to keep mailing things so we'll find someone to gift it to, but I want everyone aware that this is actually a giant hat.
TFTurtle Fur®7 months agoThank you for this feedback. The Youth BTV Ragg is very close in size to an Adult sized beanie, but we agree that it shouldn't be giant! A Kid size hat might be a better fit for a petite 8 year old.
