Turtle Fur wants you to be completely happy with your purchase from www.turtlefur.com. Any unworn product with tags attached* may be returned within 30 days of receipt for free.
*Items purchased between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned until January 31, 2025
To start the returns process fill out the form below. If your item is eligible to be returned, our customer service reps will send you a label to print at home.
Product and all applicable sales tax will be refunded to the original form of payment. Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded.

Our products have been known to last years, and even decades. Turtle Fur warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase by the original owner ("Warranty Period"). If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will replace the defective product with the same style or a product of similar value.
