Quantum

I was not familiar with balaclavas, living in SoCal, but it was recommended for a trip to Norway. I came across Turtle Fur balaclavas which had great reviews, but I didn’t know which of their products would be best for me, especially since I also have very sensitive skin. I contacted Turtle Fur and received a response from a rep, Susan, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I bought the Quantum, based on her recommendation, and when I received it, I was very impressed with both the workmanship and the very soft and smooth material. I know this will be a great asset for my trip in 0 degree weather! Although this is my first encounter with Turtle Fur, based on my experience, I would say they are a great company that cares about both its products and its customers.
